At Meyer Elementary, Principal Rochelle Horton sees the recognition as a reflection of the daily work happening in classrooms, where teachers, students, and families are building the foundation for lifelong learning.
"This recognition is a reflection of the hard work our students and teachers put in every day," Horton said. "Learning to read opens so many doors for our students, and we want every child who walks through our doors to have that opportunity. We're incredibly proud of our students and grateful for the teachers and families who continue to support their growth."
